Nagpur; Leading News Service: Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination organized by Union Public Service Commission on Sunday. It will be conducted at 40 sub-centres in Nagpur on May 28. A total of 14881 candidates will appear for the exam from Nagpur center this year.

The exam has been conducted in the first session from 9.30 am to 11.30 am and in the second session from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm. Supervisors, Assistant Supervisors, Co-invigilators, Clerks have been appointed at all 40 sub-centres for the successful organization of the examination. Apart from that, a total of 40 Local Inspection Officers including 1 Local Inspection Officer for each sub-centre have been appointed for the smooth conduct of the examination as per the directions of the Union Public Service Commission.

Certain changes have been made by the Union Public Service Commission for the Civil Services (Pre) Examination 2023. Accordingly, the candidates will be allowed to enter the examination center till 9.20 am for the first session and till 2.20 pm for the second session. After that no candidate will be admitted to the examination centre. Also, the candidates will be able to take the exam only at the exam center designated by the commission. Collector Dr. Awaha to take special care that the examinees take note of this change and appear at the exam center assigned to them and at the scheduled time.
