Khed, Leader News Service : Rain accompanied by thunder occurred around 4 pm on Sunday (4th) in rural areas of the city and taluka. Citizens who are shocked by the heat have got some relief.
In the village this afternoon, the game of Malabh and Oon Savali was going on. At around 4 pm, the wind blew. It rained for about half an hour. This spread the smell of soil and some dew in the air.
The residents, who were shocked by the increase in heat since Sunday morning, got some relief with the rain showers. Today, the rain that fell for a few minutes gave the residents a hint of the coming monsoon. Farmers have also started sowing.
