Despite the significance of digital evidence, legal experts emphasise that technology alone does not determine guilt. Every piece of electronic evidence must be properly collected, preserved, authenticated, and presented before the court. Defence lawyers have the right to challenge the reliability, interpretation, and admissibility of such evidence during trial proceedings.

As the Pune fort murder case progresses through the judicial system, technological evidence is expected to remain one of the most closely examined aspects of the prosecution’s case. Whether the digital records, forensic findings, and reconstructed timeline ultimately support the allegations will be determined by the court after evaluating all available evidence.
