Nagpur; Leading News Service: On the occasion of President Draupadi Murmu’s three-day visit to Nagpur, Vidarbha, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde reached Nagpur today (4th) evening. Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis also came with him to Nagpur. However, after welcoming the President at the airport and then at the Raj Bhavan, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde immediately left for Mumbai, causing arguments in political circles.
Sources informed that a meeting of Shiv Sena leader MLAs was held at Deepak Kesarkar’s ‘Ramtek’ residence in Mumbai, although there was no clarity about this till late night. It is learned that he returned to Mumbai as this meeting was already arranged. Why did the Chief Minister suddenly return to Gadchiroli and Koradi during the President’s visit tomorrow (5th) as per protocol? This has currently sparked a discussion. Of course, a lot depends on whether the Chief Minister returns tomorrow (5th) morning or not, sources said. Ramtek MP Kripal Tumane was present with him on this occasion.
