Mumbai, Leading News Service : A 54-year-old accused sexually assaulted a 16-year-old boy sleeping on the footpath in Dadar. In this case, the accused Deepak Yadav has been handcuffed by the Dadar Police after registering a case under BHDV and POCSO Act.
According to the information received from the police, the victim boy, a native of Panvel, was doing labor work in Dadar area and was sleeping on the footpath in Agar Bazar area here. Accused Yadav spied the boy sleeping alone and sexually assaulted him. When the victim resisted him, Yadav was beating him. Also, Yadav had threatened to beat him up if this was read anywhere. Unable to bear the torture that started from July 9, the boy finally told the police about the incident. Accordingly, after registering the complaint of the victim, the police registered a case and arrested Yadav.
