Nagpur, Leader News Service : A horrendous accident of a luxury bus took place at Pimpalkhuta near Sindkhedaraja on the Samriddhi Highway. Blood samples were taken from that bus driver. In this report, the bus driver was under the influence of 0.030 percent alcohol, according to the report of Forensic Department Nagpur. This accident was so big that 25 innocent people lost their lives. District Superintendent of Police Sunil Kadasane gave information about this.
Meanwhile, the regional transport department has claimed that the luxury bus accident was not caused by a tire burst, but the driver fell asleep during road hypnosis. After this accident, various arguments were being made regarding how exactly this accident happened. Speaking to the media, the driver of the luxury bus claimed that the accident happened due to burst tire of the bus. However, in this regard, the Amravati Regional Transport Department has refuted the claim of the said bus driver in its preliminary report.
A question mark has been raised on private transport as the forensic report has also revealed that the driver was drunk. Along with this, the Darva police have registered a case against the driver after the passengers noticed that the Pune-Nagpur Travels was driving at high speed after drinking alcohol. The police have also registered a case against the travel driver Amrit Prahlad Ther.
