Feature film Salaam e Madarsa has been officially selected in the Night of Cinema section at the 13th edition of Social World Film Festival, Italy.
The screening of the film will be held from July 2 to 9, 2023 in Vico Iquense, Italy.
Qatar’s Art Ambassador Muna-Al-Badr makes a special appearance in the film promoting the project in a new way.
Rajendra Kumar Verma is the producer of the film.
Shrey Rajdeo is gearing up to release the film in the Gulf countries and will then be released on the OTT platform in Hindi as well as in Arabic.
The film gives a proper message to the society which leads to peace and love. It is known from the title of the film itself that it is being saluted for the goodness and goodness of the Madrasa.
Shrey Rajdeo, The Writer and Director of the film says that he did this film in loving memory of his grandfather Late Rajdeo Verma, who was also a retired AIG Prisons in the Government of Bihar.
The film talks about humanity, friendship and the need for education among underprivileged children. Also there are misconceptions and rumors about the madrassa and its teachings among various communities in different parts of the world. As a human being we should understand that every educational organization irrespective of their religious beliefs is only for the betterment of the world and hence we should appreciate the educational work being done for the underprivileged children by whoever is providing it.
The film has Qatar’s Mohammad Muslim as the creative head. The film stars Shubham Sharma and Abhijita Sharma from Jaipur, Nishant Kumar from Hajipur who is also a final year student of FTII Pune in the lead roles. Yuvraj Happy, Lucky, Sharjeel, MD Anas, Wasim Ranchi of Ranchi, RJ Saurabh Upadhyay of Patna and Saurabh Jaiswal of Deoria are playing important roles.
Singer Tariq Faiz and Rasika Borkar have given their beautiful voices in the film.
