Leaders Online: The ad based on the Chief Minister of the state, Eknath Shinde, was the subject of much discussion last week. In this advertisement, it was said that according to a survey, Eknath Shinde is more preferred than Devendra Fadnavis for the post of Chief Minister. The relationship between Shiv Sena and BJP was strained after this advertisement. While this is going on, another survey has come out, in which opposition leader Ajit Pawar and sitting chief minister Eknath Shinde have been favored after Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.

Leader of Opposition Ajit Pawar was asked by reporters in Pune about this new survey, he gave a strong rant. He said, what are you talking about? You didn’t see yesterday’s ad. We got as many as 26 percent votes in support of Chief Ministership. And now you’re saying something. “Do you want to stay in Maharashtra or not?” Ajit Pawar indirectly challenged Chief Minister Shinde by name.

A meeting was held at Vasantdada Sugar Institute in Pune on June 19 under the chairmanship of NCP chief Sharad Pawar. In this meeting, the issues of sugarcane farmers and sugar factories in the state were discussed. State opposition leader Ajit Pawar, NCP state president Jayant Patil, Congress MLAs Vishwajit Kadam, Balasaheb Patil, BJP leader Harshvardhan Patil and former office bearers were present in this meeting. After this meeting, Ajit Pawar interacted with the journalists.
