Warkari woman in Asurle died after falling from tractor-trolley leader

Thane by Porle, Leading News Service: Kamal Tukaram Dhangar (age 55), a Warkari woman from Asurle, (Panhala), died on the Pandharpur-Sangola highway when a tractor trolley fell while filling a water tank.

He was immediately admitted to the hospital in an injured condition. But he died before treatment due to a blow to the head. The incident took place on the service road near Udanwadi Bridge on Monday (26th) at around six in the morning. The incident has been reported at Sangola Police Station.

Dindi had left on foot from Asurle to Pandharpur on June 20. Kamal Dhangar was in this dindi. On Monday morning, she was traveling with Dindi in the tractor trolley accompanying Dindi. Kamal, sitting in the front trolley of the tractor, lost his balance while filling the water tank and fell between the two trolleys.

He hit his head on the iron rod between the two trolleys, causing a deep injury to his head. Then the wheels of the rear trolley went off both their legs. He was admitted to Sangola Rural Hospital by the attendants who were unconscious. Doctors declared him dead before treatment. She is survived by her husband and three daughters.
