Pragati Kurane was told by an unknown mobile user that he would get Rs 150 per subscriber for subscribing to a YouTube channel using the Free Task app between June 20 and June 30. After initially using the free task app, Kurane gained his trust by sending Rs 650. The lure is that you will get more money if you use a prepaid task app.

After that, Kurane was forced to send 18 lakh 60 thousand rupees from Bank of India account to different bank accounts of the suspect through RTGS, NEFT, UPI and Bank of India mobile app. After that he cheated by saying that he will return this amount with commission.
