Pune; Leading News Service: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s colleague Madandas Devi was paid a last darshan at Motibag office on Monday morning by Sarsangh Chalak Mohan Bhagwat, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP President JP Nadda, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar. On this occasion Guardian Minister Chandrakant Patil, former Union Minister Prakash Javadekar, former Mayor Muralidhar Mohol along with BJP and Sangh officials were present in large numbers.

Devi’s body was brought to Pune from Bangarulu on Monday midnight. From 7 am on Tuesday, BJP and Sangh office-bearers gathered in a rush to take a close look. Sarsangchalak Mohan Bhagwat paid his last respects at 8 am. After that, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar paid their last respects at 10 am. Amit Shah arrived at 10.45. After his last darshan, preparations were started to take Devi’s body to Vaikunthadham.
