More than 30 people have been admitted to the hospital, a senior official told the media on Saturday (24). According to information, there was a toxic gas leak from an ammonium cylinder at Raj Fresh Dairy in Hajipur, Vaishali district of Bihar state. According to the doctors, one laborer has died due to gas leak and more than 30 people working in the dairy have been admitted to Hajipur Sadar Hospital. Hajipur Sadar Hospital Civil Surgeon Dr. Shyam Nandan Prasad said that the condition of the admitted patients is stable at present.

Fire Department DSP Ashok Kumar told the media that many fire brigades reached the spot on learning about the incident. We are investigating the cause of the leak. The situation is now under control.
