Pune; Leading News Service: The primary transfer process of the Zilla Parishad was completed recently. There is no teacher available to teach the students in 123 schools of the district after the transfer and other previous reasons. Meanwhile, the process of assigning inter-district transfer teachers to some of these schools is currently underway. Zero number of teachers is also highest in Bhor taluka, 44 schools have no teachers available.

After the completion of the online transfer process of teachers in the state, there was a disparity in the number of teachers. It has also affected Pune district, 123 schools have become zero teachers. Now it will be important what role the Zilla Parishad administration will take to appoint teachers to these schools. The chief executive officer had said that inter-district transfer teachers would be sent to these zero-teacher schools.

After that, currently the process of appointing teachers is going on in 51 schools, and the problem of more than half of the schools is still serious. Some parents and public representatives are making fun of the Zilla Parishad administration and requesting them to provide teachers to our school. Because Rahul Shelke, who came from Bhor, was saying that he was afraid that there should be no break in the education of children. Meanwhile, the other 241 transferred teachers have not been relieved by the Zilla Parishad. Because after these teachers leave, the number of zero teacher schools is likely to increase. About 245 teachers of the Zilla Parishad are currently working in the villages included in the Municipal Corporation. He approached the High Court to stay in the Municipal Corporation.

Demand immediate dismissal from transfer teachers

Zilla Parishad has decided not to release 241 teachers without getting teachers. But because of the transfer order, the teachers have started efforts to relieve us immediately. These teachers met the parent minister today. We have worked in difficult remote places for ten to twelve years. So they demanded that we should be released.

Planning is underway to ensure that there is no school with zero number of teachers. The number of zero teacher schools has been reduced by deputing 51 teachers from outside districts. Also, regarding the release of 241 teachers, the information about the number of teachers in the transferred schools as well as the number of schools less than twenty times and the two teacher schools working there has been sought from the group education officer.
