The court sentenced the young man who molested a minor girl to 10 years of hard labor and a fine of one thousand rupees. The name of the criminal is Akshay Kisan Chaudhary (27, Res. Panchshilnagar, Shivajinagar).

Akshay d. On September 2, 2019, a minor girl was raped in Panchshilnagar. On the pretext of leaving the victim at home, he tortured and threatened to kill her. According to the complaint of the victim in this case, a case was registered under the POCSO Act against Akshay Viraedha in the Suburban Police Station. Assistant Police Inspector Sachin Chaudhary had investigated and filed a charge sheet in the court. On behalf of the government party, Adv. Arpana Patil argued.
