Nashik Transport Association official Subhash Jangada completed the 31 km distance from Nashik to Trimbakeshwar in 3 hours and 26 minutes without stopping to convey the message of river cleanliness and water conservation. He started running from Ramkund Panchavati to Trimbakeshwar at 5:30 am on Monday (10th). During this time, he performed Jalabhishek to Trimbakraja with water from Gangotri, Yamunotri, Haridwar, Himalayas, Kailas Mansarovar and Godavari.

On this occasion, President of Nashik District Transport Association Rajendra Phad, Senior Advisor Jaipal Sharma, Rajesh Isarwal, Rajesh Sharma, Rajendra Sahani, Rajbala Sharma, Ganga Jangada, Rupali Mondhe, Yogita Nikam, Pranita Tungar were present at Trimbakeshwar and felicitated them.

Subhash Jangda, an official of Nashik Transport Association, has earlier run from Nashik to Shirdi to educate children, save children, plant trees and save trees. On Monday, he ran from Nashik to Trimbakeshwar giving the message of river cleanliness and water conservation. In the meantime, he took pilgrimages of Gangotri, Yamanotri, Haridwar, Kailas Mansarovar, Godavari along with him, starting from Ramkund at 5.30 in the morning and at Trimbakeshwar at 8.56 he performed water abhishek to Trimbakraja.
