Wardha: 68 school bus vehicles found guilty in RTO’s inspection leader

Wardha; Leading News Service: In the inspection conducted by the RTO, 68 school buses were found guilty. A fine of Rs.1 lakh 94 thousand 500 was levied on the vehicles on behalf of the sub-regional transport department.

515 school buses, school vans are registered in sub-regional transport department. It was observed from the office records that 197 school bus, school van owners have not renewed their vehicles’ fitness certificates. Notices were sent to them. But even after that many did not renew the qualification certificate. Meanwhile, 206 school buses of the sub-regional transport department were inspected from July 1 to 24. 68 vehicles were found guilty in it. Thirteen vehicles were disposed of. A fine of Rs.1 lakh 94 thousand 500 was imposed in this. Everyone is expressing the need to take care whether the school vans for the students are in proper condition, whether they have proper certificates and documents.
