Although it was said by Patel that this was a formal meeting after coming to power, both the leaders clashed with Shah for half an hour. During the meeting, there was talk of Ajit Pawar insisting for the Department of Finance, Cooperation and Rural Development. In such a meeting, there is a possibility that the final decision will be taken regarding the allocation of accounts. It cannot be denied. It is being said that soon the way will be cleared for account allocation and cabinet expansion in the state.
Meanwhile, after the meeting, Pawar, Patel refrained from commenting. Some MLAs in the state have objections to handing over the finance portfolio to Ajit Pawar.
