A successful phase of the work was completed by the Tata Group. It was warmly welcomed.
The longest sea bridge in the country is 21 km. It is of distance and it was tendered in three phases. The first stage of it was from the Chirley side. This work has been done by Tata Group and Company. In the beginning, while taking over the land and starting the work, the local citizens created many problems, the entire land was government owned. However, the drill roots were cracking the houses. The work was stopped giving such reasons. The Tata company has finally successfully completed the phase seen by overcoming all the hurdles. Meanwhile, he was given a warm welcome early today at a distance of 6 km from Chirle.
In the presence of the Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister, Tata Company gave a grand welcome with fireworks. Innumerable hands risked their lives to complete this work. It takes 1 hour to reach Mumbai Mantralaya from Navi Mumbai. That time will now take 10 to 20 minutes. This will save a lot of time of citizens. After the completion of this Silink, the urban settlements in Chirle, Ulve, Pushpaknagar area will be connected to Mumbai.
Chirle to Shivdi is 21 km. Tata company has completed this phase and congratulating the working class, the toll of this sea link will be announced when the sea bridge is completed. We have to wait for a few days for the opening. The second and third phases have not been officially declared complete.
