Nagpur; Leading News Service: On behalf of the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Smarak Samiti, the largest statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj will be erected in the vicinity of Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University near Maharaj Bagh.
On June 18, at 10 am, the main program will be held in Deshpande Hall after Bhoomi Puja in the presence of all party leaders, office bearers of the memorial committee. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Leader of Opposition Ajit Pawar, former Environment Minister and Thackeray Sena youth leader MLA Aditya Thackeray will all be seen on the same stage. MNS chief Raj Thackeray has also been invited to this event. But they have not yet agreed. Various programs are currently being held by the Fadnavis government across the state due to the upcoming elections and the completion of 350 years of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s coronation. The main coronation ceremony was held at Raigad recently.
On the other hand, on behalf of the opposition, it is being said that all these programs are going on only keeping the election in sight when the coronation will be held next year for three and a half hundred years. But even after this Ajit Pawar Aditya Thackeray will attend this function in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, so it is certain that political juggling will take place.
