Dhule, Leader News Service : District level program under ‘Shasan Apya Dari’ campaign will be held in Dhule on Monday (10th) afternoon in the presence of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar. Preparations for this program have been completed and the state’s Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Medical Education, Sports and Youth Welfare Minister and Dhule District Guardian Minister Girish Mahajan inspected the place today. On this occasion MP Dr. Subhash Bhamre, MLA Mangesh Chavan, Mayor Pratibhatai Choudhary, Collector Jalaj Sharma, Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad Bhuvaneshwari, District Superintendent of Police Sanjay Barkund, State Chief Coordinator of Chief Minister’s Public Welfare Circle Dr. Amol Shinde, Municipal Commissioner Devidas Tekale, Additional Collector Devdutt Kekan, Additional Superintendent of Police Kishore Kale and heads of various departments were present.
On this occasion, Guardian Minister Mahajan inspected the main stage, meeting hall, meeting arrangement of public representatives and dignitaries as well as meeting arrangement of beneficiaries, meeting arrangement of sarpanches, various stalls set up by government departments, employment fair, health camp site, police arrangement, transportation planning etc. After learning the information about the planning done by the administration from Collector Sharma and Superintendent of Police Barkund, he expressed his satisfaction.
Speaking on the occasion, Mahajan said that the district administration has made proper planning for the successful completion of the district level program under the ‘Shasan Aya Dari’ campaign. Care should be taken not to inconvenience the citizens and beneficiaries coming on the day of the program. At this time, he gave instructions to the system to organize traffic planning on the route from the parking lot to the event venue. Also on this occasion Guardian Minister Mahajan appealed to the district residents to attend the main program called “Government Apa Dari” in large numbers.

Every department should properly carry out the responsibility given to them for today’s event in Dhule district.
Breakfast and drinking water should be arranged for every beneficiary coming for the program. Arrangements should be made for a separate meeting of the disabled beneficiaries who are present and also to take the beneficiaries to the event venue. Since there is a possibility that the Chief Minister will visit the stall, the system should be alert and make perfect plans for it. Arrangements should be made to distribute the items to the beneficiaries. He instructed the system to give complete information about the entire scheme to the citizens visiting the stall. All department heads of the district were present in this meeting.
