Badlapur: Leading News Service: Between Ambernath and Badlapur railway stations, the gravel under the railway track was washed away. Therefore, the Central Railway Administration has decided to stop the traffic between Ambernath and Karjat from morning. Due to heavy rain since morning, water has accumulated in many places in Ambernath taluka.

Between Ambernath and Badlapur, the railway track has been eroded due to the erosion of the gravel around the drain under the railway track. Therefore, all local trains from Badlapur to Mumbai and from Mumbai to Badlapur have been canceled by the Central Railway Administration.

For the past many years, the gravel under the railway tracks has been flowing and water is filling up at this place. However, as there is no coordination between the Ambernath municipality and the railway administration, the railway traffic from Badlapur to Karjat Khopoli as well as Pune and south is getting affected. However, as the railway administration did not make any improvement in this, the railway passengers had to bear the brunt. Many train passengers have gone towards Mumbai in the morning. They will have to face a lot of difficulties coming in the evening.
