More than one lakh tickets booked
According to film trade analyst Himesh Mankad, more than 1 lakh tickets have been booked across PVR, Inox and Cinepolis. Which also includes screenings in IMAX.
Talk about ‘Barbie’ too
Mankad said that the film has managed to sell 16 thousand tickets in several series in its initial days.
Greta Gerwig-Margot Robbie, the cast of the upcoming ‘Barbie’, showed their support for Christopher Nolan’s ‘Oppenheimer’ by posing with tickets in front of a movie poster at a cinema. Cillian Murphy, who played the lead role in ‘Oppenheimer’, expressed her enthusiasm for ‘Barbie’. Along with this, famous Hollywood filmmakers appreciated the release of the two films together.
